MEETING IN MOTION: NAVIGATING CONTACT IMPROVISATION WITH the AXIS SYLLABUS with Antoine Ragot

We will explore Contact Improvisation through the lens of the Axis Syllabus , a rich body of knowledge that illuminates the design of the human body and its dynamic potential. By grounding our dance in principles of biomechanics , anatomy and rhythm , we will refine the art of listening to gravity , to momentum , and to one another . During the week-end, we will weave together solo and partnered explorations, technical inputs for safety and athleticism, as well as improvisation and intuition for creative freedom.
